Lastlid turns your own habit into a week-by-week plan: fewer pouches, lower strength, until quit day. And when a craving hits, it gives you something to do for three minutes.

Your brand, strength, pouches per day, how long you have used them, why you want to stop and how you want to quit.
Each week gets a lower daily limit and, where it makes sense, a lower strength — down to a quit day you can point at on a calendar.
Logging takes a second. The app shows how many you have left today instead of judging you at the end of the week.
Cravings pass. The craving timer gives you paced breathing, your own reasons and something to do with your mouth until it does.
Both work for different people. Stopping outright is shorter and sharper. Stepping down spreads the withdrawal out and gives you a run of small wins first, which is why most people who have tried and relapsed prefer it.
What matters more than the method is having a date and a number for today. Lastlid gives you both, and it does not care which brand you use.
You can see what a step-down would look like for you right now with the nicotine pouch taper calculator — same schedule the app builds, nothing to install.

The Lastlid Plan is $29.99 a year with a 7-day free trial, or $49.99 once. Prices vary by country.
For most people the hardest stretch is the first three days, and the physical side settles over the first two weeks. Cravings do not vanish on a schedule after that — they get rarer and shorter, and tend to attach to specific moments like coffee, driving or the end of a meal. Lastlid shows this stage by stage so you know what you are in the middle of. Full breakdown: the nicotine pouch withdrawal timeline.
Yes. You pick your brand and strength during setup, and the plan is built from your own numbers. Nothing in the app is tied to a specific manufacturer.
No. There is no sign-up and no login. Your logs, answers and plan are stored on your phone, and they are deleted when you delete the app or tap "Delete all data" in settings.
Your usage data stays on the device. There is no advertising and no analytics in the app. If you buy the plan, the purchase itself is handled by Google Play and recorded by RevenueCat so it can be restored on a new phone.
That depends on what a tin costs where you live, which you can set in the app. Someone on a can a day usually finds the app pays for itself within the first couple of weeks of a plan.
